Common questions

What do I need?

A phone or laptop with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a quiet room. Headphones help. The Google Meet link opens in a browser or the Meet app.

How will I get the link?

Once we confirm your time, the link comes by WhatsApp and as a Google Calendar invite to your email.

Can I change the time?

Yes — reply to our WhatsApp message or call the centre and we’ll move it.

Is it the same as online therapy?

Online therapy is a course of regular sessions. A consultation is a single conversation — often the first step towards it.
