Implant mapping,wherever you live.

Families outside Mumbai — and abroad — don’t have to travel for every map. When the setup allows, our audiologists adjust the processor remotely over a live session. We kept it running through the lockdown, when no one could travel.

How a remote map works

  1. Check the setup

We confirm your processor and tell you exactly what’s needed at your end.

  2. Connect

A scheduled video session, with the processor connected.

  3. Map & listen

Levels are adjusted and checked with live speech, as in the clinic.

  4. Follow-up

Auditory-verbal therapy can continue online between maps.

Good to know

  • A first switch-on and some complex maps are still best done in person
  • You’ll need a stable internet connection and a quiet room
  • A parent or caregiver should be present for a child’s session
“There was hardly any possibility of mapping during the lockdown, but Fatema ma’am made it possible. Very thankful to her for conducting online mapping for my daughter.”
